Karen Rubenstein Karen Rubenstein
Before founding Jog Marketing, Karen spent several years as a National Account Executive for TARGET Corporation where she developed incentive and recognition programs for Fortune 500 companies and became the company's top salesperson of new incentive and recognition programs during her tenure. Karen was instrumental in launching TARGET's business-to-business growth strategy and her expertise benefited a host of Fortune 500 companies including Baxter Healthcare, Spherion, and Wells Fargo.

Prior to joining Target, Karen amassed a decade of experience in staffing, human resources, project management, and marketing with Manpower Inc., the world’s largest staffing firm. While at Manpower, Karen completed a major project for Ford Credit that included setting up call centers throughout North America.

Karen is a graduate of Ohio State University, has a son in college and currently resides in Centerville, Ohio with her husband.

Also a veteran of Target Corporation’s Incentive and Recognition division, Mary Beth previously sold and managed merchandise-based programs for blue-chip clients including United Health Group, Xcel Energy and Medtronic.

Mary Beth’s background includes extensive business experience in Human Resources, Information Technology Consulting, Incentives & Recognition, and Staffing. Much of this background included working closely with marketing departments to create loyalty programs and leading Human Resource initiatives that drive targeted behaviors of both clients and employees.

Mary Beth is a native Minnesotan having graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. An active mother and professional, she lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three daughters.
